onceblind (8417) - Denver, Colorado, USA - SEP 6, 2011
On tap at Cheeky Monk Denver. Clear golden yellow with a light head. Grassy citrus aroma, very "fresh" smelling, with a slight barn funk-very slight. Taste was crisp and very balanced. Cereal grains played the biggest role, with a delicate grassy hop helping to balance. Goes back to being cereal malty, and finished between sweet and dry. Cereal grains and pale malt linger on the palate long after each sip blight on palate but with a med-full flavor. Very "golden ale"
