Hazy goldblond coloured beer with large white head and lots of carboantion. Flowerish hopped aroma with some fruity hints. Full sweet sour and sparkling palate. Finish is sour hopped hinted with a dry sour ending. No bitterness in tast. Nice. jcr (2763) - Jasper, Indiana, USA - APR 15, 2012
Bottle. Cloudy golden body. Frothy, white head, slowly diminishing. Aroma is fruity with notes of citrus, tangerine, orange rind, tart apple, basement mustiness. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Some tartness in the finish. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. The beer yields lots of flavors and aromas and most of them are fairly forward. In fact, if they were a little less forward and more nuanced and subtle, the flavors would blend together better. That puts this in the good, but not great category. Pours thick cloudy orange in color with a golden hue and beautiful white head. Aroma brings a bit of a funky saison, and then the sweet and spicy Belgian yeast comes in pleasantly. The thicker blonde body brings syrupy orange and citrus notes. The flavors of the Belgian yeast, lightly sweet and smooth round out the brew nicely. 750 ml bottle poured a cloudy gold with a lasting white head. Aroma of banana, pineapple, pear, straw, yeast and spice. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of straw, pear, banana, pineapple, yeast and spice with a crisp lingering fruity finish. tronraner (2459) - Walland, Tennessee, USA - APR 7, 2012
750 mL bottle. Pours very cloudy muddy gold with yellowish white head. The aroma is very estery, lots of banana and bubblegum, some strawberry, sulfur, salt, yeast, and grain. The flavor is exactly what I expected from the nose. Light, sweet breadiness with lots of yeast and esters. The same banana and bubblegum dominate, with a little bit of clove and sulfur. The finish is semi-dry with some wood and yeast notes. Not bad, but lacks nuance.

Bottle shared by a friend. Clear yellow/gold pour with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet malt, banana and herbs. Sweet malt flavor with honey and banana with an herbal finish. wedgie9 (2703) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - APR 5, 2012
Tasted on 4/5/12 from a capped 750mL bottle from the Rare Beer Club. Pours hazy light orange with a yellow tint and an average white head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose is light cereal malt with some fruity yeast that features hints of peach and banana, and a bit of a candi sugar aroma as well. The flavor is lightly sweet up front with some candi sugar, banana, and a touch of cereal, with some light bitterness bringing up the back. The body is medium with average, stinging carbonation, and a long lightly sweet banana and candi sugar finish. JDBaker11058 (2348) - Maryland, USA - APR 2, 2012
Appearance: hazy butterscotch gold, with a thick, creamy white head slowly shrinking to a cap with a ton of lace. Aroma: lots of caramelly, crackery malts, with some fruity yeast, a bit of barnyard funk, and a hint of decorative floral hand soaps. Taste: fruity and rustic, with notes of citrus (orange, lemon rind), must, crackers, wheat, apple skins, and bananas, all over a nice thick bed of aggressive yeast (clove, barnyard, white pepper). Finish: nicely sweet, with slowly diminishing tropical fruit and cracker notes. Notes: More of a golden ale or a thick saison than a strong bale. Crackery, sweet, yeasty, with a light, spritzy and somehow creamy palate. Pretty darn good. Bottle from the Rare Beer Club. RedSox2004 (1970) - Pacific Palisades, California, USA - MAR 31, 2012
Cloudy golden orange with a thick fluffy bright white head that dissipated quickly and left a solid film and ok lace. Bananas, clove, black pepper and a yeasty earthiness are the most prominent aromas. A bit of a floral hops kick as well. Flavors were less dramatic, and featured bananas and oranges, with a distinct hops bitterness present, as well as spices and yeast. Light body, overly effervescent, and a crisp finish. bierkoning (13674) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - MAR 18, 2012
Bottle. Blonde, cloudy, slight gusher. Floral lemon and acidic aroma. Sour lemony sweetish acidic flavor with floral and bready notes. perhaps infected, but likeable.
