Golden with a huge, white and creamy head. The aroma is slightly perfumes and has notes of flowers, herbs, yeast and malt. Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also lighter notes of yeast. Bottled. Hazy orange colour with small white head. Aroma is fruits, yeast as well as some spices and mild maltyness. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild smooth grassyness. Surprisingly easy to drink for being 6.8%.

Pale hazy gold, small head. Light grainy and slightly wheaty aroma. Some coriander too. Spicy and perfumy taste.

Slightly hazy yellow color, medium-sized steady white head. Fruity-yeasty aroma, some banana. Crisp, foamy carbonation and mouthfeel. Fruity brew with candy sweetness, lightly herbal finish with hints of iron. Aftertaste is herbal sweetie. Weak malt profile, doesn’t feel 6,8 % either. It has some personality anyway.
(Bottled) Hazy yellow-golden with a medium, foamy head. Pale-malty, slightly acidic aroma with hints of honey. With yeast it’s almost like a witbier. Orange-fruity, dry and somewhat acidic flavor with some lavendery spiciness and yeast. Yeast brings more smooth orange fruitiness and reduces the acidity. Like a mix of 1/4 Chimay Triple, and 3/4 La Chouffe. Medium-bodied, acidic, somewhat foamy and carbonated palate. When the yeast is poured in, this is quite enjoyable. UPDATED: JUN 13, 2005 (Bottle 75 cl) Pale golden and slightly hazy with large, lumpy sediments, and a rather tall head. Fruity, malty and quite fresh with a nice harmony between sweetness and bitterness. Apparently a label-beer, which the two guys from "Beers of Walonia" suspect to be a "St. Benoit Blonde".
