sebletitje (10477) - Enghien, BELGIUM - JUN 30, 2009
bottle in Li Crochon glass. pours light hazy golden, white head. Aroma, yeasty, hoppy with some sweet elements, wheat/hay, spices, almost minty and some green tea leaves freshness. Taste, malty, light hops with some citrus notes, yeasty giving the beer a liverly/sparkly palate, some fruits, grains and mid sweet honey notes. Def. a preference for the brune version.

Golden with a huge, white and creamy head. The aroma is slightly perfumes and has notes of flowers, herbs, yeast and malt. The flavour has sweetness, notes of flowers, herbs, coriander, yeast, malt, light citrus and it’s an Ok blond.

Bottle (25 cl) from biergusto.be. Hazy golden, medium white head. Duponts yeast aromas, spicy, oranges, tropical fruit, some shale, along with floral hops. Meidum bodied, medium carbonation. Dry with medium bitterness.

2.7
Alengrin (5884) - BELGIUM - AUG 10, 2014
Commissioned by Fosca, Hainaut ale with straw blonde colour and malty character with spicy notes, not too much body, finishing a bit phenolic. Not for me.

BoBoChamp (5754) - Gent, BELGIUM - OCT 6, 2008
25cl, from De Bierloods Adegem, not complex, balanced, hazy, good head, nice brew

3.3
sayravai (4711) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 4, 2008
(Bottled) Hazy yellow-golden with a medium, foamy head. Pale-malty, slightly acidic aroma with hints of honey. With yeast it’s almost like a witbier. Orange-fruity, dry and somewhat acidic flavor with some lavendery spiciness and yeast. Yeast brings more smooth orange fruitiness and reduces the acidity. Like a mix of 1/4 Chimay Triple, and 3/4 La Chouffe. Medium-bodied, acidic, somewhat foamy and carbonated palate. When the yeast is poured in, this is quite enjoyable. Without it, the acidity is too much for me.

Jerre (3857) - Waregem, BELGIUM - SEP 15, 2006
Taste this at april ’06 at Hastiére. Bottle, gold colour, large head. Yeasty and hoppy aroma. Bitter and dry flavour. Drinkable.

3.3
jerohen (2379) - Bussum, NETHERLANDS - AUG 23, 2004
Cloudy golden coloured, initially large head, chunks of yeast floating around. Yeasty and hoppy aroma. Bitter and dry flavour, a bit like some biere de garde beers.
