Taste, malty, light hops with some citrus notes, yeasty giving the beer a liverly/sparkly palate, some fruits, grains and mid sweet honey notes.

(Bottled) Hazy yellow-golden with a medium, foamy head. Pale-malty, slightly acidic aroma with hints of honey. With yeast it’s almost like a witbier. Orange-fruity, dry and somewhat acidic flavor with some lavendery spiciness and yeast. Yeast brings more smooth orange fruitiness and reduces the acidity. Like a mix of 1/4 Chimay Triple, and 3/4 La Chouffe. Medium-bodied, acidic, somewhat foamy and carbonated palate. When the yeast is poured in, this is quite enjoyable.
