Black with some transparency at the edges. Decent khaki head.
Strong boozy bourbon nose. Some coffee and chocolate roasted malt. Really intense barrel.
Bourbon flavor is really intense. I understand that these are Chocolate Bourbon barrels from Pritchard’s, but I don’t get a ton of chocolate. Just a harsh bourbon and roasted malt.
Boozy. Medium body. Medium carbonation.
The barrel is intense. Too intense for me.

Growler thanks to Brian. Pours a very dark brown with medium tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong rum, roast, dark chocolate, coconut. Thick mouth, chewy, roast, dark chocolate, nice sweetness from the rum, really enjoyed this. Ataraxia (533) - California, USA - FEB 27, 2015

Had at the Cajun Cafe. Pours a very deep brown with a light brown head. Aroma is serious rum barrel with roasted malts, chocolate, tres leches, vanilla, caramel, and toffee. The taste is amazing with dark chocolate, caramel, sweet milks, rum barrel, and vanilla. Roasted malt and slightly sweet finish with barrel. Thick mouth, full body. Damn good.

From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. Black color with small beige head. Aroma was chocolate, rum, wood and light fruity. Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, blue session. 02/05/2014. As Rum BA Sweet Stout. Aroma is is sweet raisin, rum, caramel, + oak. Dark caramel / brown coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Flavour is woody oak, smooth choc and roast. Some dried fruits and rum in the back end. Palate is really smooth, pretty sweet. oak lingers. Tasty.
