At CBC. Poured deep dark brown with a beige ring. Aroma of boozy berries, chocolate, coconut, toasted malt. Full body, flavour as the aroma, rich and more-ish.

22 oz bottle shared by Tmoney99 from recent notes. Pours dark brown to black in color with a small khaki colored head. The aroma and flavor have roasted malt, dark chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla, wood, bourbon, a nice amount of peppery spice, a light berry character, another example of a solid adjunct imperial stout, great balance, flavors pop, thanks to Tmoney99 for bringing this.

UPDATED: OCT 26, 2017 Bottle. Poured black color with a moderate frothy tan head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Heavy toasted chocolate malt, wood, spice and vanilla aroma. Copious body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Heavy toasted chocolate malt, spice and vanilla flavor with a heavy dark vanilla sweet finish of long duration. This is also another standout beer.

Pre trademark dispute bottling. Black pour, smaller beige head, little lacing. Aroma is almost pastry like, dark malt, cinnamon, light pepper, light whiskey, vanilla. Sweet up front, dark chocolate, cinnamon bun, light spice, peppery, dark toffee, bourbon. Thicker body. Awesome dessert beer.

UPDATED: JUL 22, 2017 Bottle. Pours a pitch black beer with a small brownish creamy head on top. Aroma of chocolate, roast and bourbon. liquorice, molasses and light alcohol. Flavor is dry sweet and roasty, lots of chocolate in there, alongside some of the bourbon notes. Really complex, really full flavored and overall very awesome!! Long in a dry bittersweet aftertaste. Great!!

Draft. A black beer with brown head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, spices, cattotcake, and bourbon. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, spices, and a bit of bourbon, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Pitch black with wonderful, thick, light brown, long-lasting head. Good head retention and moderate lacing. Huge aroma of cinnamon, milk chocolate with strong bourbon accents, rich coconut, fudge, toffee, perfectly balanced. Taste is semi sweet to sweet, with nice chill accents in the background. Full body, oily and sticky texture, soft carbonation, finish is full of bourbon and milk chocolate, slightly earthy, veggie (chills?). In overall this is fucking liquid, milky bar with cinnamon and chillies. More balanced, less sweet, less cinnamon and more chillies than in Abraxas, two levels higher than Westbrook Mexican Cake, better than Reg Hunha.

Bottle from Homer. Thanks a bunch! Pours pitch black with a fluffy brown head. Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, light oak, light bourbon, faint chilli. Taste follows nose...big vanilla, medium cinnamon, faint peppers, light barrel. Great balance here. Medium bitter roast, medium sweet, velvety mouthfeel. This is the best Cycle beer I have ever had, far and away. Nicely done!

Bottle at the 10th Boise Imperial Stout Tasting. Dark brown pour with a thin tan head. Sweet aroma with a little spice, smells fantastic. Big flavors of espresso and chocolate cake, vanilla, bourbon barrel... then the spice comes in. Light chili heat and a dash of cinnamon. Lovely.
