Tap @ Silesia Beer Fest 2017. Świetna sprawa. Niesamowicie pijalne. Bardzo dziki aromat, stajnia, skóra, sporo się dzieje. Bardzo dobrze współgrają jabłka. Lekkie, przyjemnie się pije. Dużo ciekawsze niż najczęściej spotykane cydry

Aroma is dominated by wild notes of barnyard, hay, horse stable and hints of ripe apples. Hazy light yellow in the glass with minimal head. Extremely wild with tough sourness. Horse stable, hay, citrus and yeasty earthiness. Bit of vinegar is noticeable, but the point was achieved.

pkomar (529) - Poznan, POLAND - MAR 4, 2017
It’s probably the most basic cider from Smykan, standing in the middle of a spectrum between watery, session ciders and those that have more body and more depth. Aroma is lightly fruity with hints of wild notes in the background. Taste repeats what aroma had in store. Pitty aftertaste gives it a nice touch and creates much needed depth. Good one, although there are more interesting ciders made by Smykan.

Draught. Nice apple aroma and taste, sweet and sour with light funky like notes. Light body, fizzy carbonation, tart finish. I’m not a ciders fan but really enjoyed this one.
