75 cl bottle, 2014. Mild fruity. Crisp apples. Mellow. Dry, smooth fruity and light zesty. Medium dry and yet juicy.

Drank a version that was left overnight, so I might be totally off on this... Smells like barn, strong in the start and a bit tart. Completely opaque. Its great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Nose is very funky, with brett, oak and loads of apples, only lightly acidic. Flavour is very complex, with dry apples with light acidity, moderate sweetness, and funky brett notes. Very cohesive, with a bone dry finish that still retains sweetness. Excellent stuff.

If you would like to smell & taste yellow apples, bake apples, wood, yasmine, hay, straw, cinnamon than this is your cidre. Very dry mouthfeel. Every drop of saliva is gone after drinking this. This is a cider with an emphasis on the dryness and wood character of the barrel. Description of yellow apples is like in no acidity. I prefer ciders, where acidity kicks in. Nonetheless, well made, this cider has more emphasis on the barrel flavours than the apple characteristics! Very interesting bottle!

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange body, small white head. Nose is apple juice, mild straw, wood, apple cores, hints of straw and grass. Taste is yellow apples, apple cores, straw, grass and hints of hay and citrus. Medium body and carbonation. Smooth mellow cider in the Normandie tradition, very nice.

Bottle @ Invasion U.S.A, Ulfborg 2013. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Barnyard, red apples, wood. Very dry and delicious.

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours slightly hazy yellow with airy white bubbles. Clear, vinous aroma of fermented apples, with hints of yeast. Sweetish flavour of apples with estery notes. Medium carbonation. Rather rough finish. Not bad but too sweet and carbonated for my taste.

Bottle, 75cl. A lightly unclear one, golden-orange in color and topped by some off-white bubbles. Fresh apples and some notes of damp forest in the aroma. It’s quite tart and dry, with a rather pleasant carbonation level making it even more palate cleansing. Apples and a cellar touch in the flavor. Long finish. Tasteful, sort of quenching and perhaps a bit too carbonated to be easy drinkable. 131123
