Mead, not particularly sugary but quite fruity, mostly making me think of sweet & acidic apples. Light, smooth, clean and easy to drink. Pretty nice.

Old review. Pours pale golden. Aroma is champagne-like, rather faint. Taste is honey, champagne, oxidation. Meh.

[backlog from webtrunki.pl] Aroma reminds me a champagne. Notes of pure honey are hardly noticeable. Deep golden in the glass. Too thin in my opinion, but highly drinkable.

Na, der war ja mal etwas ungewöhnlich, dabei aber schön süffig und mild. Etwas grasig neben dem ganzen Honig und erstaunlicherweise bildete sich im Hintergrund etwas Apfel nebst Zitrone ab. Klasse.

Sample from Robert - many thanks! The mead has got a deep ligth golden colour with a smooth body. Aroma of honey and herbs, not that intense. Taste of mild honey, flowers, herbs. Mild honey finish with some wild character. Enjoyed it a lot. Very smoothing and warming.
