(Draught at Pivovarsky Dum, Prague, 21 July 2008) Dark brown colour, almost black, with a frothy, beige head. Malty nose with notes of chocolate and toffee. Malty, clean taste with chocolate, roasted malt and delicate hints of coffee. Fairly low bitterness. Decent and drinkable.

Hazy, deep amber coloured with a medium sized, lacy off white head, toffees and coffee in the nose, moderate bitter and sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, shorter, a bit coffeeish and chocolatey finish. Dark ruby - nut brown color, small tan head. Roasted, caramelly, woody hoppy nose. Acidic, caramelly sweety, a bit toasted flavor. Foamy mouthfeel. Toasted aftertaste.

Pours almost black (more deep mahogany) with a small, creamy, beige head. Aroma is sweet butter and lightly roasted. Okay mouthfeel. Flavour is soft, sweet, okay roasted with fine chocolate. Fair beer.
