I really quite liked this. Tastes like fresh pressed apple juice. Light bite and strong apple flavor. Yum.

Pours a light golden yellow with a finger thick white head. Aroma is tangy sour lemon, pear notes, and rose petal florals, a hint of hay. Taste is tart but not overly so, a nice pear and rose sweetness with a slight hay finish with grassy crispness. A really good sour, really good. I know it’s only had a few ratings but I will rate this higher than the current average.

Bottle - 1900th brewery tick - Pours orange gold white head - nose/taste of florals, sour lemon, strawberry, sour Asian pear, rose petal and lactose sourness - medium body. This is a lot better than ratings suggest.

Sampled at the As Is bottle share. Pours a hazy golden orange with white lacing. Nose is tart orange slices. Mouthfeel is tart stone fruits, light acidity and sour yeast. This was a surprisingly enjoyable one as I had never previously heard of this brewery.

It pours an orange yellow that is a bit cloudy. It has a sour orange aroma. The taste is highly tart with orange, citrus, salt, and a sweetness with a hint of flowery taste.

Poured like a bottle of champagne out of the glass. Very sour! Enjoyable refreshing beer with plenty of flavor.

Bottle. Cloudy golden color, very slight white head. Smelled like champagne and lemon. Very sour with a clean finish. Tasty.

UPDATED: AUG 30, 2017 Very good mild smell...sweet and flowery....wish it was stronger...Ooo taste is the same, sweet and flowery, little bit of vinegar...but a bold flavor and sourness, losses it’s potency with more sips though.... X2 with Erik at home first time
