Big white head clear yellow. Smells like boring hops. Tastes mid-sweet wheat and honey. The hops are assertive but funky grassy.
Can. Clear golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of bread, light corn, floral hops, light grain and earth. Taste is very light sweet and light bitter with notes of bread, light corn and earth. Maybe some metal. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Decent but quite noticeable DMS. Mota1985 (68) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUN 1, 2017

Tasting glass from tap @ Brauerei-Museum Dortmund, April 23, 2017. Golden, clear, head is on top. Alles im Ordnung.Tha’ts it. Better than expected, but I don’t work at a coal mine. AaronTDubs (500) - - MAY 5, 2017
Clear golden color. Light malty aroma with just a touch of floral hops. Taste is light and balanced, mostly malty and clean, a touch of malt in there, a bit less than a Czech pilsner. Some bright tones, a sweet finish. A touch of fruitiness. Good beer, nothing amazing though. moldovan9807 (176) - Oradea, ROMANIA - APR 22, 2017

Pours clear golden at Fuoco Vivo Amsterdam, nose and flavor of crisp fruit, toast, malt, water, and lager yeast. Easy going clean beer with some Za. superspak (5494) - Michigan, USA - APR 2, 2017
500 ml can into lager glass, canned on 11/2/2016. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey, herbal, pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance of pale malt and earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey, herbal, pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal/grassy/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey, herbal, pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero astringent hop flavors after the finish. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no yeast notes present. Light-moderate dryness from lingering bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and light-moderate body; with a very smooth, crisp, and moderately grainy/bready/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a great Dortmunder! All around great robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. A really enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example. Perfectly balanced. cmacklin (1123) - Lethbridge, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 4, 2017
500ml can as "DAB Dortmunder Export". Pours a clear gold with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Aroma of bready malt, grain, straw and mild lemon. Sweet flavour of biscuit malt, grain and lemon rind with a bitter grass finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Boring, but refreshing.
