Sweet, raisins, bit of corn and some soy. Too sweet, need to be drier and more bitter.

500 ml can. Clear golden coloured beer with a white head. I didn't notice any kind of a particular aroma whatsoever. Rather dry and crisp malty taste. Kind of slow carbonation going up in the glass. There is nothing to speak of. Good drinkability though.

From Aug 2007 Purchased as part of a mixed 6Pack at Wilbur's Liquors in Ft Collins. It pours from 12oz bottle a clear medium gold with a medium sized head of foam that shrinks to a fine broken layer after a couple of minutes and it has some lacing. The smell is really faint. I *just* get a bit of hops and that's about it. The taste is better than the nose would indicate. I get some good malt graininess on the first sip followed by a pleasant lemon hop character about midway through and it lasts right through to the finish which is crisp and dry. Quite a refreshing Pilsner. Nothing fancy, just plain good.

Can. From Hipercor. In Bavaria hefe glass. At dinner, with trufas burger. Malty, with plenty strong bitterness and some sweetness through. Maybe slight oxidation but fitting well for my liking. High drinkability

Jabic (702) - Plainfield, Vermont, USA - AUG 25, 2017
Ar: Light crackery malts; a hint of sulfur. Ap: Pale gold and clear; medium-small white head with low retention, leaving a sudsy ring and a nebulous covering. T: Very clean cracker malt up front; some dough and sulfur; very light herbal hop flavor with a low, clean bitterness; fermentation profile is clean overall. P: Medium-light body with high carbonation; finish is dry. O: A very quaffable lager; nothing outstanding, and both the malt and hops are a bit too understated, but easy to drink and does have some nice German character on the margins.

Aroma is grassy. I find hay, but not much more. Taste is pale malt. Light body and thin finish. I like my Dortmunders more robust than this.

Tough aroma of biscuits with sweet notes of malt, bit of grassy touch. Clear golden in the glass, frothy head. Taste is semi dry with notes of bread, biscuit and grassy, soapy hoppy notes. Finish is herbal, but in the long run beer is okay.

Clear golden beer with small white head stayed. Aroma is bread, malts and hops. Taste is slightly bitter with nice sweet touch. Light body, but not watery taste. Quite good actually.

From old tasting notes. Clear, bright gold color. Moderate foamy white head. Spicy hops and bready malt in nose. Good dry malty flavor with a touch of grassy hops upfront. Noticeable bitter hops in finish. Decent.
