Horrible beer. Pours murky with little to no head. Carbonation looks like a soda rather than a beer. Best feature was the mouthfeel, otherwise very mediocre flavor and aroma. Proof that upgrading equipment and volume does not mean better beer. This place has gone down hill fast. Came in for the super bowl. only had 5 of their taps flowing, only 2 of which were their beers and one was coors banquet. Of their two beers, one poured so poorly that they poured pitchers and waited for the head to settle. Staff are too busy taking shot-ski’s to serve customers and the owner sat at the bar playing poker on his phone. So much for brewhouse management!

sonnycheeba (6259) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAY 31, 2012
Tap. Pours murky, light brown with a trace of off-white head around the rim. Aroma is figs, caramel malt, grays hops, and heavy veggies. Flavor is malt forward with supporting hops and faint fruit esters; veggie undertones with a semi-sweet finish. Light/medium body, medium carbonation, and low warmth.

BeerandBlues2 (13697) - Escondido, California, USA - MAY 31, 2012

Pour is dark reddish with slightly off white head at the brewery, aroma has notes of caramel, toffee, some smoke, nutty notes, hints of dark fruit in there with a touch of bread and earth. Taste is a hint of earthy bread, touch of toffee, smoke and caramel, slight nutty note and a touch of fruit, finishes fairly sweet.

Dogbrick (13547) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUL 26, 2011
Sample at the brewpub. This beer is an orange-amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes slowly. Rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malt and mild hops. Medium body with flavors of sweet toasted malt, caramel and hops. The finish is malty with a touch of dark fruit left behind. Decent overall.
