Pour on tap at the brewpub, clear yellow pour with thin white head, aroma brought big basil, sweetened fruits, hints of biscuit, bread, slight spice, more herbal notes. Tap @ brewery on 1st anniversary. Slightly hazy light goldish amber, no lasting head. Aroma is pretty unique and solid. Diced roma tomatoes, olive oil, lots of basil, and a sweet light malt tone. Smells like the best beer ever to pair with pizza. Taste is light, yet sublime. Pretty herbal with a lot of basil in the taste, light fruitiness, with a light-malt backbone to sweeten up the herbal tones. Not cloying, just "right". Very unique and spot-on flavor.
