Brettsky06 (536) - Manitoba, CANADA - AUG 27, 2017
UPDATED: AUG 27, 2017 Straw yellow pour. Some fruity yeasty aromas. Taste pear lemon and coriander. First time trying the style, similar to a saison I find

Decent table beer. Light head, light nose. Monstly non exciting but ok. Light on flavor.

5oz sampler. Pours a a pale straw colour with a minimal white head. Not much to speak of with the nose, a bit of spice, a bit of floral. Very pleasant and refreshing-tasting, mild with a bit of orange, some spicy notes. Great for the backyard (less so when snowing in April)

Pretty solid for a Canadian made Belgian beer. But not quite on par with a good authentic Belgian. I think the bitterness is a little bit off for my palate. Bottle in office.

Lagerboy (2239) - British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 25, 2016
Bomber. Unclear lighter orange yellow, fine white foam mostly fades. Fruity floral yeasty aroma. Taste is mild and easy, fruity yeasty, pear, lemon, orange, some coriander, lean smooth malt, faintly floral, very tasty. Average carbonation, lighter bodied, lightly hopped. LBW (Lagerboys be Wary)

Need a beer to cleanse my mind of the turtle porn I just watched - dude owned the release like a champ. No make-up, no lingerie and I have to assume no lube and raw dog. I wonder where they met? Maybe it was through one of those fake agents... Poured out a thick white sticky head that messed up my glass. So clear that I wasn’t sure I filled my glass with beer. Lemony and straw, faint funky feel, green, perfume, pear and a touch of coriander. I know what this is and I dig it. Session ale. Too bad session craft beer isn’t priced accordingly. Pretty sure I picked this up at the store down the block from The Blind Pig after sleeping in the back seat of the CRV in some high end rich bitch neighbourhood up on the east hill. Soft taste of straw, citrus, zip, coriander, weak pepper, wonderful! Lightweight beer with serious complexity all wound up in a mellow state of being. Hard to rate but gets what it gets based on pure enjoyment. Crushes that Chimay Black I had back in the day.

UPDATED: JUN 19, 2016 On tap at Tangent. Very pale blonde, white head. Aroms and taste yeasty, malty, slightly smoky. Meh.

DuffMan (10930) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 10, 2016
Bottle sample @ Calgary Beerfest 2016. So which Burnabarian is this? Thundaar? Conan? Hazy pale yellow, lively white head. Nose is yeasty and grainy. Flavours of bready malt and light grass, maybe a bit of pithy lemon peel. Mild and light.

Poured at 3.8 celcius is has modest head and a foggy yellow body. Soft wheat notes on the nose, some citrus. Flavour is hay and Belgian yeast, some chewy grain in there, with a medium finish. Not bad at all.

simonblaine (593) - Alberta, CANADA - DEC 22, 2015
Pours yellow, no head. Aroma of light citrus straw. Straw, coriander, grains are the main tastes, but of banana at the end. Refreshing, finished a bit watery. Good for what it is, low abv.
