COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Den 16. august 1747 var alle Ringsteds Bys arbejdsduelige borgere ude i markerne omkring Ringsted for at bjærge årets høst. I Nørregade 21, lige over for DagmarBryggeriets placering i dag, benytttede snedker Johan Katows søn sig af de voksnes fravær til at teste hvad faderens luntebøsse kunne. Den kunne antænde nogle spåner og dermed sætte hele den knastørre by i brand. Resultatet var en total nedbrænding af hele Nørregade samt dele af torvet og Skt. Bendtsgade.
En “brand” go’ ale, som er en forfriskende overgæret “red ale”, som er let humlet og med en dejlig friskhed fra vores økologiske pilsner malt og en behagelig fylde fra karamelmalten, der også bidrager til den røde farve. En øl med tydelige toner af jordbær, citrus og blomst som kommer fra den amerikanske Amarillo-humle.
Brygget af vand, malt, humle og gær.

Draught at KØ17. Fruity aroma. Clear dark amber colour. Small white head. The flavour is caramelly with a mild spicy hop note. A bit thin but tastes all right.

Flaske købt i gårdbutik. Lettere uklar hvilket er helt ok. God aroma - ganske let af amarillo. Mangler dog noget i smagen.....blød og rund - men kedelig. Hvad er det for en eftersmag?

Draft @ Ølfestival 2015. Pours a slightly hazy reddish amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty weak caramel hoppy aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with weak hoppy hints.

Bottle. Medium high fluffry lasting off-white head. Hazy organge body. Spicy caramel apple pear orange aroma. Mildly hopped oranges lemon flavor with a suitable amount of hops bitterness and a heaavy yeast hint. Low carbonation. Long bittersweet finish.
