On tap at Gambarius. Bright yellow, medium head. Nice aromas of banana and spice. Little thin- would have liked a little more creaminess. Pretty good. mrjez (606) - Osaka, JAPAN - OCT 23, 2015
L: pours a cloudy pale yellow, plenty of sediment mixed in, two fingers of fluffy head, but weak lacing.
S: a pleasant standard weizen aroma, banana, wheat, yeast.
T: follows the nose, kind of uneventful and a tad aqueous in flavour, but it’s helped by a touch of spice at the end.
F: it’s quite dry, gentle carbonation, lingering peppery spice on the tongue.
O: fairly decent weizen, though Japan has a few others that bring more flavour to the mix. willisread (3293) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - JUN 9, 2015

4.5% take away from Bungalow during Gion Matsuri. It pours a cloudy straw gold with a white head, a nice looking beer. A lovely spicy smell of cloves. Perhaps not as smooth as Echigo’s but a nice white beer nevertheless. AndySnow (7545) - Huddinge, SWEDEN - APR 11, 2013

Tap at Craft Beer Market Toranomon. Pale blond, slightly cloudy. Big fluffy white head. Aroma wheat, bananas, ice cream, the usual. Quite fruity. Taste is nice. Creamy banana, quite sweet. Not so much wheat initially but a bit in the aftertaste. Solid weizen, but won’t rush back to have it again.
