Cask conditioned at The Shoulder of Mutton, Kirby Hill. Amber body with a medium creamy white head. Weetabix, spice, hops, black malt, fruity. Bittersweet with a dry finish. A good Yorkshire bitter; a great session beer.

Half pint served at the right drinking temperature from cask at Duck & Drake in Leeds. Nice golden-brown body. Declining head, spotty lacing. Malt-fruity nose. Nut-like malts together with fruit and berries in flavour. Strait bitter round off. Standard British bitter. (12.07.2012).
