Very average blonde beer in fact on the label it mentions that it’s lagered and it certainlay tastes that way to me, it has a full malty nose and flavour along the lines of a good german lager but without the sophistication. ThomasE (5174) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 10, 2007
Clear golden colour with an average white head. Malty, light grainy sweet aroma with grassy notes. Malty, light sweet flavor with some hoppy notes in a dry finish. Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - APR 3, 2007
My bottle is Daleside Blonde Lager Ale, 4.3%.
I kind of avoided this beer, I thought that the concept sounded boring, but one day I eventually did open it! It’s golden with a medium head. The aroma is the typical Daleside profile, refreshing with light notes of aroma hops. I find this in the flavour too, where it gives fruity notes and there also are a bit of caramel notes. Refreshing and easy to drink. ante (3373) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - SEP 26, 2006
Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. A nice surprise. This is the first beer from Daleside I actually enjoyed. Clear golden with firm white head. Fresh and fruity aroma of orange-peels, flowers, lemon and soap. Soapy and grassy flavour with notes of ryebread. Medium bitter aftertaste of orange-peels and grass. Quite refreshing and quaffable.
