COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian beer style hovering between light gold and creamy white. Big taste, thanks to the German wheat but subtle spicing with coriander and orange adds a delicateness to be savored. Flavorful yet refreshing enough for an early breakfast on Masada.

Shain (176) - ISRAEL - JAN 13, 2015
On tap at brewery. Pours unclear light yellow with a green tint. Aroma of light malt, gentle yeast, esters and overall classic wheat aroma. Body is medium light, with relatively thick mouth feel, carbonation is medium. Taste gently bitter, lightly sweet and lightly sour, nice balance, and laid back taste-wise. Flavor is slightly malty, esters (not a specific one), citrus, gentle hop flavor. Flavor is quite potent, but feels a little watery for some reason. Very balanced and a very pleasant heffe.

Orange zest and herbs (mainly corriander) aroma. Straightforward but done well. Bitter, zesty and balanced taste. Beautiful opalescent color. A credit to its style

Hansen (8601) - Assentoft, DENMARK - AUG 19, 2012
Nice beer, but lacks some spicy notes for a witbier. Yellow coloured and unclear. Has a white head, medium duration. Malty aroma, faint acidic too. Flavor starts moderate sweet, light acid, light bitterness. Cremy texture.
