Black as coal with a creamy tan head, thick as the afternoon haze over Tel Aviv. Signature stout roastiness, soft like velvet with a little something extra (no, not date honey).

Thanks to Maija, bottle from Israel
Decent, drinkable low alco stout, light intensity flavor, light body, some hints of roast in flavor, light dry finish. Proper but not interesting. Compared side by side with Jems Beer Factory Stout. Some sour-malt notes at the beginning. Thick beige foam.

BB 31/07/2016. dark brown color, medium big tan head. smells sour, green apples, barnyard, off-notes, some roast, light raisins, some caramel. overall decent smell. medium body, rather strong carbonation, carbonation dominates mouthfeel. tastes acidic, caramel, hints of green apples, spices, bit peppery, lightly roasty. finishes lightly sour with some roast and notes of caramel and spices. overall decent, although the sour notes were probably not intended (especially on the aroma).

Bottle: Thanks DSG: Chouffe glass: Creamy beige head. Close to very black body. Aroma is ligt, some roast, liquorice, chocolate, bay leaf, malt roast, sweet roast, floral, flowers and fruit. Not strong but good soft mix of inviting sweet ish/fruity roast tones. Flavour is bretty with toast/roast, bitters, malts, nits, caramel, light earthy, light fruity and again some floral tints. If brett is used it gives the crispy fruity floral tint in bith aroma and flavour. Nice. Aftertaste is bitter, malty, toasty, nutty and light bitter. Low carbo, loght creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied.
