Clear medium to dark amber orange color with a small to average, open and frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, pale malt, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, hop bitter, caramel, hay. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
Cask, hand-pulled half-pint in Ye Olde Fighting Cocks, Oakengates on 19th Nov 2014. Light amber pour with a full white crown. Malty lead to the nose and flavours, dry feel to the brew, some faint fruit and biscuity hints within the maltiness: hop bitter finish. Decent, but not really exciting or different to the other beers I tried around it during the session. niquillis (2679) - Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 31, 2014

Nice. downender (8584) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - JUN 7, 2014
Cask-conditioned at the Gryphon, Bristol. Amber with a decent, and frothy, off-white head. Big orange fruits, sweetish, rich tea biscuit malts, plenty of leafy hops and a decent, bitter finish. Enjoyable.
