A copper coloured, fruity, summer ale packed full of flavour. Blackberry, strawberry and floral rose notes in perfect balance with just the right amount of malt character. A refreshing summer thirst quencher, it’s fruit salad in a glass.

Uninteresting aroma... Golden color, dense head, dies quick. Sweet taste, fruit peel, oranges. Lovely. Very smooth, silky. Slight taste of alcohol, bitter. Nice.

Cask at WJ Kavanugh’s, Dublin. Hazy amber. Caramelly nose with some citrus. Light-medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. I get more caramel, than hops and it turns somewhat sticky. Low bitterness.
