Sample at SBWF 2016. (my Swedish brewery number 195) A bit hazy golden with a white head. Fresh aroma of light grain, citrus and hints of spices. Taste of grain, citrus, some yeast and light spices. An elegant and nicely drinkable one. Thanks mr Danko.

Draught. Almost clear golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of citrus peel, light grain, light jenka, red berries, hay and grapes. Taste is very light sweet and light bitter with notes of lemon, light grain and grapes. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice! Could’ve been drier, but otherwise a solid hoppy Tripel.

UPDATED: SEP 22, 2016 Draught at Monks. Pale yellow with a slight haze and a short white head. Aroma: Citrus zest, sweet almonds, slight white pepper and herbs, something vaguely tropical, green banana. Nice dry and slight peppery citrusflavour, carambola, lemon curd and white bread, some belgo yeast, dry finish. Medium to big body, soft carbonation, slight oily. Like a more drinkable and simpler version of Westmalle Tripel. Clean and refreshing.

Keg at Monk’s American Bar, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Elderflowers and citrus dominate the nose. Dry with medium body and crisp, elegant mouthfeel. Marzipan and crisp bread, good amount of elderflowers and grapefruit. Balanced, distinct bitter finish. Excellent!
