Bottle sampled at omhper, thanks.
Lasting light brown head. Clear dark amber color. Huge peated malt aroma. Smooth whisky taste and some caramell taste. A bit too much harsh smoke.

330ml bottle pobres in a chatice.
The beer description is:
"This hand made Ale is brewed with the very finest ingredients, great care and respect. The Ale is matured in oak Whisky casks which creates a unique, aromatic, exceptional flavour."
Wood: Bourbon Oak
Whisky: Scotch Malt
Age: 10 years
Region: Islay (55* 51’ N / 6* 06’ W)
A: Looks pretty much like the 35 (the first I’ve tasted). A dark brown color and a huge beige head when poured. Medium retention and many lacings left
S: Very woody and Whiskey in the nose, impressive. Much stronger than the 35, also quite smoked
T: Follows the nose: wood, Whiskey, caramel, roasted malts, yeasts. Quite smoked and whiskey aftertaste. In overall it’s a bit sweet and smooth taste. Mild bitterness. Pleasant
M: Medium body and carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel
O: Delicious beer. Resumed into three main axes: wood, Whisky and smoked malts. A big difference in the taste from the 35 to this one. Whiskey is much more present in the 10. At the same time that it improves the taste, it decrease a bit the drinkability
