from Bier-Bienne - cloudy dark brown beer with a poor head retention; gently woody with notes of caramel and black cherries; some astringency and a fair carbonation; medium-bodied, a tart bitterness and woody with some sweetness below, corny and caramelish notes - not the best of the serie and by far
