Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. Hazy golden coloured with a very thin white head. It has a warming orange marmalade flavour with spicy fruit, followed by toffee and malt on the smooth finish. Excellent! KoNrRiI (1514) - Århus, DENMARK - FEB 13, 2016
0.355 bottle. Cloudy, light brown color with an orange hue and a small, off-white head leaving some lacong. Strong aroma of fruits, basement, hops, sugar, some yeasts. Taste is hoppy, bitter, quite fruity again - they offset each other to create a pleasant sensation. A medium body, a creamy texture, and a soft carbonation. Finish is bitterer but otherwise also agreeable. Overall, either I got a bad batch or the beer is just good - nothing amazing by any standard. nybol (2201) - DENMARK - FEB 11, 2016
Det er en god IPA, med masser af humle, og ikke mindst en frisk smag af noget der minder om træ eller sådan malvrich (323) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - JAN 31, 2016
12 oz. bottle dated 7/21/15 so out of freshness date by a few weeks.
Into a pilsner glass.
A: Poured hard as it was extremely cold. 1 finger of beige head that retains well to big bubbles after a couple minutes and never completely clears. Hazy dull orange and full of sediment..
S: Light sweet malt nose. and little hops noticed. Maybe a muted spicy hop note. Slight alcohol smell as it warmed.
T: Bitter orange taste overshadows the malty sweetness leaving a lightly resinous but clean taste at the finish. Earthy English hop taste with just a touch of orange.
M: Medium body with average level of carbonation. Medium length bitter but fairly clean finish.
O: This beer gets raves but my bottle is out of date and honestly less than impressive in all areas. Some also may not like the level of shit floating around. I guess it deserves another chance... bubblehouse (1531) - louisville, Kentucky, USA - JAN 30, 2016
A really good ipa. Good and hoppy with a good aroma. Darkhorse makes pretty good beer in general.

Bottle. Pours light amber with thick off white head. Aroma is Floral Citrus and Malt. Taste is sweet malty piney up front with a bitter sweet grapefruit hoppy finish. Not bad but not as good as i remembered it. Inbreak (6068) - Loddefjord, NORWAY - JAN 22, 2016
22.01.2016, 12 oz bottle @ home:craven5000 (120) - Westville, Indiana, USA - JAN 18, 2016
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly concentrated sweet grassy, wet grass, sugar, leafs, citrus peel, hops, minerals, pine needles, light malts, hints of dried fruits. Taste is slightly dry and harsh grassy, weeds, wet grass, leafs, citrus peel, minerals, bark, hay, light malts, harsh hops, medicine. Medium bitterness, harsh citrusy mouthfeel. Meh, this must be quite old...
Looks great with the white head. Extremely dry and very sharp. I could not find any flavor than hop. Not easy drinking. brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - JAN 12, 2016
Bottle @ Home. Clear orange pour with white foam. Has some definite caramel malt and bready sweetness along with a lot of pineapple, orange, and a bit of grapefruit. Somewhat pine forward and a bit of grass. Maybe a touch of peach skin, too.
