COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Its not as heavy bodied and malty as many IPAs, in contrast the palate is more crisp and dry. If you consider yourself a "hop-head" you owe it to yourself to grab this beer.

12 oz bottle into a nonic pint glass. A: Pours a murky copper color with TONS of yeast sediment in the glass. The head is a one finger offwhite shade. Theres a good creaminess to the texture, even if it fades moderately quickly. Still, its not exactly an attractive beer. S: This has a pervasive biscuit quality to the aroma; it melds reasonably well with the textbook grapefruit peel and pine qualities from the hops. The maltiness is sweet and caramel-esque, like I expect. Typical, but I really like how strongly the aroma emanates from the glass. T: The biscuit from the aroma subsides a bit, being supplanted by some initial grapefruit qualities. Still, this is one of the most biscuity IPAs Ive ever had. Pine bitterness pops up in the midtaste before seemingly washing away on the finish. No one note here really stands out from the pack - however, it compensates by coming across as a great thirst quencher with a modicum of complexity. M: While the body isnt lightweight, it manages to drink crisply anyways. Astringency is balanced well, with only a moderate bitterness accumulating on the palate. Carbonation is high yet controlled in order to preserve the refreshment qualities this provides. O: I reckon this one would really work during the summertime - in some ways, this drinks like a saison. There are better IPAs to be found, but there are also many worse ones as well.

An amber color with a white head. The aroma contains some caramel, herbal notes, and citrus. The flavor is bitter but also malty. East Coast represent. The flavor contains some lemons, orange peel, and caramel notes. Some sour and bitter notes in the finish. Overall i prefer west coast hop bombs this balances things out well. Pretty good.

Solid IPA, grapefruit-orange sweetness meshing with a mild caramel malt base. Piney and resinous on the fade with a bracing, resilient bitterness. Lovely.

pours cloudy amber color with fluffy tan head. the aroma is grapefruit, citrus, resin. the flavor is grapefruit and small amount of citrus up front with caramel at the end and some roasted flavors. bitterness is smooth all the way through with a medium body and creamy mouth feel. Leaves dry with very little after taste, refreshing and keeps you wanting more to sip.
