Unclear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, lemon shell. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (130608)

Café, Wallingatan, Stockholm. Hazy orange colour, small beige head. Aroma is hops, fruits, wood, yeast and some mild notes of grass. Flavour is quite much the same in a rather balanced way. Wellbalanced, refreshing and pleasant. Wooden and fruity notes in the aftertaste.

Cloudy amber beer, small white head. Crisp palate, dry and turning softer. Nice malt base but the hops are very mild. Mild minerals. Finishes crisp and dry. A bit hop starved!

Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Clear amber, rich firm head. Distincy grapefruit aroma. Fairly sweet with clean rounded mouthfeel. Pi grapefruit displayed on crystal malt body powdered with sugar. Less bitterness than anticipated.
