It sucks BUT in a peer comparison I find it unrivaled. I pay $3.50 for a six pack almost any time I want and I don’t regret it. There will be much better options out there that will rate higher in all categories, except value. Nothing beats this swill, dollar-for-dollar. This review is based off of a drink fresh out of the cooler, as little as 5 minutes in the open air will drastically reduce this beverage’s drinkability, obviously. Malt Liquor Appreciation Day 2011; 24 oz. can; thanks Brandon!! damn it to hell, I should have taken a photo of this beautiful can for the database before it got tossed; oh well, 15th malt liquor tick!! pours light orange with fluffy white head; nutty corn, dry malt, white sugar and green apple; a little metallic, sweet and boozy; easy drinking for the most part except for the almost sticky and syrupy coating on your teeth; one of my least favs of the day assherbole (10) - Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 26, 2011
Was excited by the high alcohol content. We had a case race with this shit: my team lost but the other team had two members that got extremely sick after they won so it was worth it (of course I drnak the most). Aside from that story, this high gravity lager tastes terrible and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it unless you need a case of beer for cheap (costed like 9 bucks) that will definitely intoxicate you. bvc (1242) - Washington, USA - JUN 17, 2010
12oz can and a bad ass can at that. Pours a clear golden with little head. Nose is mostly apple with touches of flakes corn nuts. Apple, white grape, dry hay and touches of corn. Has at bite at first but simmers down on the second taste. Goes down smooth and could drink a couple. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - JUN 17, 2010

Smells like apple juice, somewhat corny and sweet too. Can is awesome! Like the cover of a heavy metal album. Its got lightning, a big ass horse, a mountain of ice that’s cracking, and the font for the can looks like it should say Manowar or Helloween! Kind of corny, really corny, green apple, chlorine, grainy sweet, some light alcohol notes. Also lightly metallic. Well this is good. Butters (4059) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - MAY 3, 2010
Don’t know if I am just so hammered that this is good, or if it is actually a abomination. Clear golden with ring of white head. Nose is mildly sweet, which becomes more pronounced in the flavor, but a corny grainy note. How much alcohol is in this? doesn’t seem like a malt liquor. Awesome name and can. weitz15 (585) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - JAN 30, 2010
Not impressed at all. 24 oz. can. This smells like keystone and tastes exactly like it is marketed, a malt liquor. No real hoppiness, just a skunky/malty taste. Nejhleader (1561) - Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 27, 2009
not the worst especially for how cheap it is, has a grassy/corn aroma with the taste being similar, body is a bit thin, has a bit of a corn/grass after bite. iowaherkeye (2703) - Ocean Beach, San Diego, California, USA - AUG 31, 2009
12oz can, no date. I still need to send heemer77 a bottle, as I see he hadn’t rated this yet. Clear medium gold with a fairly well-retained white head. Aroma of cereal grain and honey--even some light floral notes after it warmed. Flavor is much the same. No fusels or alcohol noted. With "high gravity" and "ice" in the na.e you’d come to expect some of that.Light prickly carbonation with a light to medium body. Honestly, not bad for a malt Liquor.
