Draft to taster at Dutch’s. Looks solid; a transparent orangish gold with thin white lacing. Smells and tastes wheats and a little hoppy with an average mouthfeel. An easy drinker (it almost seems filtered, which isn’t necessarily s bad thing), but otherwise forgettable. alexsdad06 (10389) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 10, 2013
Draft at Dutch’s. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have yeast, pale malts, light spice, mild citrus, lightly toasted bread. Smooth mouth feel, a touch dry, nothing bad, but not very exciting either. Tmoney99 (14460) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 5, 2013
Tap. Pourd clear pale color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate sweet citrus and wheat aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium citrus sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of average duration. Weakest of the brews I have tried from this brewer. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 1, 2013
On tap at Dutch’s. Keg filled July 17th. Mostly hazy yellow orange color. Thin white head. Good splotches and dots of lace. Medium body. Smooth, crisp lighter carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Orange, spice, and light metallic in the flavor. Maybe a hint of german-style yeast, but overall it tastes more American-style than German to me. Moderate sweet taste, light bitter. Nothing amazing, but a solid wheat ale overall. Finished my ~10oz sample pretty easily. Good one for the warm weather.
