Pours orange with good carbonation and a small beige head. The aroma has metallic raspberry, dusty malts and a hint of coriander. Medium body with light carbonation. Taste is dirty and muddled with some raspberry, cough syrup and metallic sharpness. The finish has a lot of the same, but there is some spiciness and more medicinal qualities. Best to avoid this one, there are tons better fruit beers available. amee16 (62) - Valparaiso, Indiana, USA - SEP 27, 2006
pours a golden yellow with foamy head. smells almost like a hard cider, very sweet and tart. the flavor is a bit bland but not overly fruity. reminds me a lot of razz wheat but not quite as flavorful. overall... it’s ok, not really worth the price. This was not bad for an easy to drink beer but it is not remarkable in any
way. You get just what the bottle advertises and nothing more. I can’t see
myself picking up any more with Rasperry Tart available in plentiful supply,
but if you see it you might want to give it a shot.
Aroma / Appearance - Rasperry, wheat and peach cobbler compose a very
simple nose. The body looks nice - bronze with a half fingered dirty yellow
head and no carbonation.
Flavor / Palate - Raspberry, wheat and grain are the bulk of the
flavors. There may also be some citrus lurking in the background if you
look hard enough, but I only picked it up on the last sip. It is exceptionally
easy to drink with a dry finish. On a warm summer day this might be a good
amber pour w/ a tall white head. Aroma of mostly raspberry jelly and some hints of vanilla. Palate is fairly thin but not bad. Flavor is fresh raspberries straigh off the vine and some light malts. Very light and easy to drink. Not bad. TheDean (786) - MIlwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 13, 2006
there is really nothing special about this beer. It’s not a bad beer and is even better after a couple other beers. Whoo.

Pours to a really hazy amber body with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is fresh raspberry preserves. Toasty grains, crackers and bread, with lots of fresh raspberry preserves. Tart and fizzy palate. Not "that" bad. Drinkable. YourDarkLord (1800) - Urbana, Illinois, USA - SEP 1, 2006
Disappointing. Pours dark amber with a thick white head. Faint notes of raspberry mingled with citrus, vanilla, malt, and floral. Medium body, slightly watery. The flavor was unremarkable. The promise of raspberry never quite fulfilled. JPDIPSO (6287) - Wauwatosa, USA - AUG 24, 2006
Bottle, Dark amber color with a moderate canvas colored head. Light tart raspberry aroma with a sweet tart hint. Pale sweet malt mix with a dry raspberry sweetness (if that make any sense). But the dryness seems to be a near astringent component that linger far to long. Ok, a raspberry ale, yeah, there are some hint of raspberries, some hint so malt, but rather weak in both with nothing else to back things up. First, second, I think they missed both a bit. frankenkitty (2014) - Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA - AUG 22, 2006
Pours a flocculent amber with a fast, white, fizzy head that totally dissipates. Aroma of sour, raspberry Jell-O and vitamins... compressed B-12 or maybe Iron. Tart & dry with mild fizziness. Fruit flavor is relaxed but the cereal malt base and a touch of coffee-ground bitterness isn’t enough to rely upon for a positive beer experience.

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry & tupalev -- my bottle. Pours a cloudy amber-orange with a small diminishing white head. Nice, pleasant raspberry aroma -- not artificial at all. Watery flavour of sweet malt, raspberries, yeast, grain and faint hops. Light to medium bodied. I liked the aroma but was dissapointed with the watery thin flavour -- still, for a Fruit beer it’s decent.
