Orangebrown, thin white head, hazy. omhper (25833) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 20, 2002
Not much wheat for a wheat beer, fruity.
Orange coloured, hazy. Clean and dry with some lemon and some vanilla. Unusually bitter finish for a wheat beer. daboskabouter (1469) - Fergus, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 15, 2002
Cloudy light golden with some floaty stuff. Somewhat tart, hints of apple, slight hop finish. Overall, quite unspectacular. Oakes (19027) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 24, 2002
Light, wheaty, hint of lemon. Murky appearance. Overall a lightly crisp wheat, not spectacular though given the previous beers I might just have 'lost' my palate. Volgon (2761) - Manchester, New Hampshire, USA - JUL 23, 2002
UPDATED: JAN 11, 2004 RateBeer Summer (Toronto) '02: Deep hazy orange color with lots of large chunks, spicy aroma, fizzy mouthfeel. Has a nice depth to it compared to most one-dimensional Summer Wheats.

Shakira. Definitely the best wheat beer that I've tasted - and I don't prefer wheat beers. But this wheat has more to chew on that most. Strong flavors and spicy undercurrent. austinpowers (2831) - San Francisco, California, USA - JUN 24, 2002
A very spicy affair, reminiscent of a Bell's Oberon mixed with ground black pepper. One of the more 'bitey' wits I've had in awhile. This beer's courtesy of PsychProf, who is known to love a good wit. The quality is evident, even if the beer's not quite my thing. There's maybe a hint of sourness under all the spice. Very enjoyable. The bottle I drank yesterday had a nice crisp spiciness and subtle fruit notes that I really liked. Well worth drinking, especially in the summer heat. joet (2672) - Wilsonville, Oregon, USA - JUN 17, 2002
A complex of perfumey, nectarines and some spice component before it's down the hatch. Surprisingly light bodied but with coriander/cumin. More citrus as it warms. Now it's turned into a tripel -- the spice and citric element combined with the color. It's undeniable. Still a bit light bodied to get seriously into. If you're having fun in the sun and don't mind a thrist quencher that provides a bender -- this ones for you. Truly delicious. pauliefrog99 (302) - FLINT, Michigan, USA - JUN 9, 2002
Very Flavorful and spicy. Nice citrus flavor along with a peppery edge......
