Bottle. It poured a hazy amber color with a tan head. The aroma was of apricots, caramel and tea. The taste was similar to the aroma with more apricots, caramel, chamomile tea, florals with medium carbonation and a nice aftertaste. Not bad.

12floz bottle, 09.19.2017 dated (unknown if BOD or BBD), $2.25 single, pint glass. Appears rust colored with a small off-white head. Smells of floral, dirt, and cinnamon segue to to a a very tea like taste. Yep chamomile is there, and there is some stone fruit in the background, but is not discernible as to which kind. Medium in body, low bitterness, and low in carbonation mark the feel traits. Props for being interesting, so an extra tenth or so points for that. This is one of those truly crunchy granola brews.

bottle - Pours hazy gold and smells of apricots and herbs. Flavor is lightly sweet and fruity with lots of chamomile. Medium bodied. Light bitterness. Fairly good.

Sample at One Bourbon in GR. Pours a clearing gold with a thin head and kind of herbal aromas that might have a hint of apricot but it’s not strong. Flavor has a bit of hay with some sour fruit to it. Maybe kinda like an unripe apricot or peach with some fuzzy herbal crap. Not my cup of tea but it has a great name.

Bottle. Wonderful aroma of cream, dark fruits, bakery, and spices. Mudwater pour. Very cloudy and murky. Flavor is of dark fruit, apricot, spices, and potpourri. There is too much Chamomile. in here and it throws it off quite a bit. Great label, though.

[8862-20161105] Tap. Light woody bark hops aroma. Murky, dark red amber brown body with a quick foamy off-white head. Woody light citrus and fruit malt flavour. Medium body. Good. (7/3/7/4/14) 3.5
