Fules (1398) - Gyöngyös, HUNGARY - NOV 10, 2016
Kicsi, nem túl tartós hab, fekete szín. Illata csokis, pörkölt malátás. A korty csokis, pörkölt malátás ízekkel indít, a csúcsponton vaskos aszalt gyümölcsös aromák törnek előre, hosszú trüffeles, enyhén kesernyés-édeskés lecsengéssel végződik. Közepesen testes és szénsavas. Kiváló porter, egy hajszálnyit lehetne kevesebb a buborék.

Pours a black body with almost no head. Aromas of coffee, malt, chocolate.Tastes coffee, toasted an slight roasted notes, bread, malt, hops. It is slightly bitter and very well balanced with the sweetness. The body is medium to full.An american interpretation of the style and a successful one.

pivnizub (10844) - Bochum, Porř, GERMANY - OCT 30, 2016
Bouteille: Very deep amber coloured with a chestnut-like sheen, bigger - but quickly collapsing - tanned head; moderate to solid sweetish and slightly sourish nose of roasted malt, coffee and traces of vanilla; moderate to solid sweet-sourish flavour with a light, but well detectable bitterness, medium bodied, pretty soft; gets drier - as usual - towards the nevertheless sweet and sourish fruity-roasty to caramelly finish with a shy bitterness in the aftertaste. A pleasant and well crafted brew...

rumore (806) - Rimini, ITALY - OCT 6, 2016
Draft at FOB, in Rimini, Italy. Black color, nice fluffy foam cappuccino -color. Aroma reminds of chocolate mostly, with nice intensity. Taste has moderate bitterness and some sweetness, with licorice and some chocolate. Nice dryness. An interesting beer, but maybe a little exaggerated as a porter.

Bottle at home. Dark brown colour, fast dissipating lightbrown head. Nose is chocholate and molasses with light booze. Taste is low sweetness medium bitterness. Cocoa, earth and molasses in the aftertaste with a hint of coffee. Nice, and a lot boozier nose in the nose than in the taste.

Rask0lnikov (1523) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - SEP 27, 2016
On tap at RCBW 2016. Dark brown colour. Slightly ruby red. Beige line of froth around the glass. Sweetness, toffee, flowery notes. Bitter, caramelly beginning. Sweet, bit yeasy in the middle. Slightly watery. Caramelly, slightly bitter finish. Bit watery, rather sweet brew.

Booga (114) - Michigan, USA - SEP 10, 2016
From bottle. Very dark poor with one finger beige head. Not much aroma. What I do get is roast and strong chocolate. Pretty decent flavor. Bitter finish for a porter. Nice ABV. Another well done brew by DH.
