750mL thanks to ryan. Pours a clear orange amber. Weak head. Nose is salty, acetic, mild butter, vanilla, denser shortbread, some maple. Taste is mega acetic bomb, heavy salt and vinegar, apple cider vinegar. Palate is salty, denser for sour, lots of acetic.

Bomber thanks to Ryan. Pours a cloudy copper with no head. The aroma is a strong vinegar, grain and whiskey. Medium mouthfeel with strong wood and vinegar and light sourness.

Bottle. Clear copper gold pour with quickly fading off white head. Smells like rotten fruit, garbage, rubber, vinegar. Taste is better, some oak, sour, but with that terrible garbage aftertaste. Drainpour.

thirdeye11 (6162) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 26, 2011
(750ml bottle thanks to BlackSwan) clear medium gold with few bubbles, not effervescent in the least. Nose of an old chicken package left to rot, trash, whiskey, vanilla, and waffles. Taste of salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, spices, whiskey, sour, and grass. Odd combination.

Cavie (4874) - Arlington, Texas, USA - SEP 8, 2011
Bottle courtesy bu11zeye. Pours a very bright orange color with very light bubbles that ring the glass. Aroma is dry grains, sour notes, some sweet fruitiness and maybe a rice like nose. Flavor is certainly sour, dry warming notes and more tart. Very sharp on the palate.

ucusty (2693) - raleigh, North Carolina, USA - SEP 4, 2011
Copper pour with a thin off white head. Aroma is lemon, acetone and whiskey. Whiskey, aceto-bacter, acetone and lemon.

dimenhetfield (2554) - , Florida, USA - AUG 17, 2011
Poured provided by Maltzilla. By this point of the night my palate was so shot that I didn’t bother taking notes. However I do recall this being a fairly decent beer. Not super sour or tart but it was fairly easy to drink and made for a decent sipper.

Fratto (2845) - Arlington, Texas, USA - AUG 13, 2011
Bottle from bu11zeye. Amber pour with an off-white head. Aroma is sour, a little roasted, a little funky, and kinda fruity. Taste is wood, sour, stale Froot Loops, and apple.
