Cask at The White Swan, Reading Street: Pale amber coloured with a thin white head. Lots of hops and surprisingly malty. Very smooth and a good thirst quencher on a hot day. imdownthepub (14556) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JAN 10, 2015
Cask conditioned at St. Aldates Tavern, Oxford. Orange amber with white head. There is a fresh, biscuity body from the start, crisp then a leafy, drying hop note. Some sweetness, just enough really. Lasting. Good stuff. duff (5484) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 30, 2006

Wenlock Arms, London. Typical English bitter, and better than most. Grainy malt characters, and citric hop bitterness, leafy, and lightly floral hop characters aswell. Nice, dry hoppy bitter, good session drinker.

Full bitterness, but with a taste refreshing enough to be a session beer. Combines fruit, bread, and bitter in all stages of drinking.

Funny hop taste in this - borders too much on the wee flavour for my liking. Not unpleasant but not a winner JK54B (1602) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAY 28, 2008
