Cask. Aroma - you can smell the coffee and roasted toffee malt. It pours black with tan cream top. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. Palate is medium bodied with soft to flat carbonation slightly oily feel and a bitter finish. It's a black coffee beer and if I see it again I will urge it on others.

What it says on tin coffee dominant throughout, hops come through in aftertaste. Nice if you’re looking for coffee stout whish tastes like real coffee. Could maybe do with more malt body to balance out the beer:coffee ratio a bit

Black beer, thick beige bubbly head. Aroma of toasty malt and coffee. Flavour is coffee, vanilla, chocolate, some caramel. Bit thin. Not spectacular but very drinkable.

Handpump at Cask Pub and Kitchen in London. Deep black pour, little foam. Nose: black chocolate, cappuccino, strong coffee bean. Mouth: strong coffee infusion, easy and rich stout with raw notes of coffee. Good one. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask at The Hop Inn, Newcastle-Under-Lyme. A black colour with a medium beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, some chocolate, slight caramel and subtle hazelnut. Taste of roasted malts, coffee, some chocolate, slight caramel, a little hazelnut and subtle earth. Medium bodied and soft carbonation. A dryish, roasted, coffee bitterness in the finish. A less powerful aroma compared to the bottle version but this is a lot more balanced. Very roasty and well bodied for its strength. Good.

On cask @ Southampton Arms, London - UK. Color : deep dark black beer with no carbonation and small brown heavy head. Smell: coffee domination, roasted malt and caramel. Chocolate finish. Taste: light body, roasted malt and coffee malt. Domination of coffee taste and chocolate finish. Good attenuation. Aftertaste: caramel and small bitterness balance. Very nice beer, for me the body is too light...
