An already full flavoured IPA, made with the very aromatic Simcoe hops is then made even bigger by using fresh ‘green’ Target hops infused into the slowly conditioning beer. Designed for those who like their hops as an extreme sport!

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear amber. Fruity intensely spicy nose with some hay. Mid sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity, somewhat doughy body. Intense resinous hay-like hops. Massively bitter finish. Flavourful but rough.

Craft. Almost clear gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is light and crispy and semi dry. Quite a sweet malt base, repressed vanilla and flowers. Nice fresh citrus provides good balance - orange marmalade and grapefruit. Finishes semi dry with mild minerals. Really like the contrast of the sweet base and the fresh bitterish hops. Hugely drinkable. Great stuff!

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. called "Green Hop" on the label. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Citrusy nose - some butter also. Medium body, lovely citrusy hop accents but also extremely bitter. Somewhat astringent. 060413

Cask at CPK. Pours a clear gold with a slight, white head. Super citrusy hop nose, with grapefruit and some caramel malt. Flavor is very sweet, with strong caramel and honey notes, then orange juice, then hoppy as hell with loads more citrus, along with some mild resin and pine. Medium in body with fine carbonation. Finishes rather sweet, but some citrus bitterness then comes in, and you are left with lingering earthy hops. Very juicy, very drinkable. Really outstanding.

Cask (handpump) at the Cask Pub & Kitchen on 1 November 2011. Gold colour. Not much head. Excellent leafy aroma. Strong hop presence on the palate - more grassy notes, tropical fruit and orange zest. Moderate bitterness. Juicy and a little sweet but not too sticky or cloying.
