Cask conditioned at Moreton in Marsh Beer Fest ’12. Straw colour with white head. The sun was flooding through the marquee windows, the cricket pitch with the campers around the edge then the Cotswold hills hazily soaking up the autumn Indian Summer behind was a picture and I sat back sipping this. Funnily enough I was chatting to a couple of Kiwi’s on tour at the time all was well with the world and the grapefruit, hoppy dry notes were perfect. Dry bitter and tangy, who could want more? ladnewton (2075) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 2, 2012
Cask at the Harp, London on 26th September 2012. Blonde with white part-lacing foam. Richly fruity and hoppy aroma. Lush blend of grapefruit, kiwi and medium to high intensity hoppiness in-mouth. Some biscuit malts round it off nicely with a fruit-hop-malt balanced finish. Light but engaging mouthfeel and fair amount of body. Very well crafted ale. Hand pulled at the Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Very pale (nowt wrong wi that). Thin in the gob, but no matter for the flavour is immediately tasty. Really pleasant indeed - gob fulls of delicious NZ floral/fruit combo. I just love NZ hops. A refreshing and massively engaging Golden. Papaya. Guava. Et al. snzcujo (295) - RUSSIA - NOV 4, 2012
Tasted on tap @Grove Inn, Sheffield, on 03/11/2012.
Pours of just absolutely, 100% crystal clear pale color with a tiny but beautiful snowy white head.
Aroma is strong, but almost those grassy/flowery hops, with a hint of something sour, could be a kiwi, in the end.
Mouthfeel is light-bodied, medium carbonated.
Taste is pretty refreshing, having upfront lots of tart fruits like citrus, kiwi, grapefruit. Then goes the wave of grass and pine notes, leaving a serious bitterness in aftertaste.
A very refreshing beer, could've drunk litres of it during the summer.

Gravity dispense at Bitter Virtue Off Licence - St Denys (So’ton) - 09/09/12.
Pale yellow with a thin white head.
Citrus aroma, kiwi fruit evident, hops and a little pale malt.
Taste follows, a little more tropical fruits also present and a hoppier bite than the nose suggested.
Medium bodied with moderate carbonation leading to a dry finish.

Cask at Tap East, London. Pours clearish yellow with a rich, white cream head. Dry dough nose, some straw and flowers. Light sweet flavor with biscuity pale malts, light bitter hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Lightly drying to finish with citrus rind and more straw. Can’t say the kiwi fruit really comes through much; however, it is a very tasty golden ale. Scopey (16277) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 23, 2012
Cask at the Hope ’The Final Countdown’ Beer Fest. It pours straw yellow, with a thin white head. The nose is custard, kiwi, grapefruit, hay and grass. The taste is lime, lemon, zesty, straw, kiwi, grapefruit and grass, with a dry, bitter finish. Light-medium body and soft carbonation. Well balanced and enjoyable. downender (9008) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - SEP 26, 2012
Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol, 8/09/2012. Pale gold in colour with a slight white head. Aroma of tropical fruits with some kiwi sweetness and grassy hops. Flavour had more of the same fruits, with the kiwis prominent, before a pleasantly dry finish. Very good. madmitch76 (26467) - , Essex, ENGLAND - OCT 27, 2012

Old Fountain. Hazy pale gold beer, little white head. Smooth palate, a little dry. Mild fine carbonation. Okay hops, mild grapefruit bitterness with a trace of tropical fruits. Fresh minerals. Semi dry finish with a mild bitter linger. Okay but not really showcasing these NZ hops to their best and I can’t taste any kiwi!
