On tap @ Craft Beer, Islington. Dark brown with a tiny brown head. Roasted and malty tones. Coffee, malt, chocolate and hops. Medium body with a nice, dry finish. Niall73 (2432) - Ontario, CANADA - MAY 31, 2013
Cask @ wetherspoons. Deep dark black colour. No carbonation. Not a massive aroma but what you'd expect - deep maltiness. Flavourwise, it's good, though a bit watery in the mouth. Licorice, coffee, treacle and a nice bitter finish. Good.
