Light body, medium carbonation. Grass, herbs, pine and grapefruit in the aftertaste. Good drinkability. Good PA wheresthepath (2405) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - MAR 17, 2016
Cask at the Hope Tap (JDW), Reading. Glowing crystal-clear amber with a thin white head. Tropical notes up front, a friendly warming caramel middle then pine in the mildly bitter finish. A little too much Cascade for my personal preference by the finish, but there’s no denying that this is a very tasty and well-balanced brew and well worthy of it’s high score on this site. Had it just after the very good and quite similar Hilden Mill Street, and this was just a little step ahead on all counts. ThirstyBird (3011) - Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 17, 2016
