Cask @ Brewery Shades, Crawley. Amber, clear with considerable white head and lacing. Tropical fruit aroma with a hint of malt and hay. Taste starts out slightly sweet and then... I can feel my tongue dry. Wow. Bitter on a US IPA scale but also nicely balanced. A well executed beer to cherish and remember. Marheb (6336) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 20, 2014
On cask. Deep golden body, white head. Aroma and taste of bread, grape seed, pine and citruses. Minimal sweetness upfront but then the hops take over. The finish is quite dry. Very nice IPA. ShivanDragon (4704) - Leeuwarden, NETHERLANDS - AUG 5, 2016
’Pro Amore Humulus’ ;) nice slogan.... pours yellow/golden with a full white head. Aroam of grass, citrus, pine, orange. Taste has some grassy notes, lovely hoppy, pine, citrus, orange, slightly firm, malty base however it flattens quickly, fruity character, medium sweetness, medium bitterness, normal co2, biscuit malty base, some marmelade-ish, i liked it... thejackpacker (732) - East Sussex, ENGLAND - MAR 22, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 7, 2017 Cask at The Evening Star, Brighton. A huge huge hoppy hit in this cask beer. An real smack in the face on first drink. Sticks to the mouth a bit and feels the alcohol, but a real treat.
Re-rated. Eastbourne Beer Festival. First few sips are just pure delight. What a gorgeous hoppy beer. So thick ans smooth. Not sure if it's truly quaffable though.
