Cask. Get biscuit and light fruits in the nose, but no spices. The spices and ginger are definitely evident in the taste though, and blended beautifully.

UPDATED: SEP 13, 2011 Cask @ Cloisters. Golden yellow colour, reasonable head. Mild citrus fruit aroma. Strong lemon & grapefruit flavour, bitter aftertaste. One of the best golden ales I have had.

Smells like orange whiskey or mulled wine. Very light honey colour. Really blonde. Very fruity taste. Hoppy taste hits the back of your throat. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask at the Live and Let Live, Cambridge. Bright straw with a thin white head; complex aroma with lemon and spring flowers; full and satisfying in th emouth with floral flvaours and deep resinous bitterness; long, clean, dry, bitter finish. Indescribably good.

Cask @ the Harp, Covent Garden. Gold pour with a white head. Malts, citrus, some caramel and ginger. Spicy ginger feel with a bit of citrus creeping in. A little dry. Spicy, hoppy finish.

On cask at Cloisters. Pours a blonde colour with a fair white head. Aroma and flavours of lemon, grapefruit, lime and white pepper. Made me think of spiced pumpkin pie. Nice spicy, citrusy linger with white pepper, lemon and plenty of ginger! Mild carbonation and CO2 prickle. Not bad at all.

Cask at Cloisters. Beautiful vivid yellow/amber pour, creamy white head that sticks around. Lots of stem ginger on the nose, some orange peel, hint of pink grapefruit, rich yet summery. Juicy fruity palate, spiced and rich, hint of caramel, orange, zesty drying finish. Great stuff.
