Bottle shared @ RBWG AZ (notes). Pours golden orange with a medium sized white head. The aroma has some sweetness, citrus favoring orange, florals and light spices. The flavor is citrus, light funk, yeast and light spices. Dry and medium bodied. bhensonb (15768) - Woodland, California, USA - DEC 29, 2011
750 c&c from ericandersnavy! Pours hazy dirty gold with a fizzy/bubbly white head. Aromas of citrus, tropical fruit and yeast/spice. Med body. Flavor is definitely yeasty, and there’s some citrus fruit and light malt. I’m getting a hint of pineapple. No doubt about this being a Belgian. Finishes quite dry - almost astringent. Bottle thanks to Mar. Aroma of lemon zest and citrus. Poured a golden hazy color with a long lasting white head. Taste was a letdown, very light with a spicy finish. Highly active carbonation and tingly on the palate. Overall it’s worth a try if you’re in San Marcos mar (5444) - Dallas, Texas, USA - SEP 26, 2011

batch 4/25 bottle consumed 3/4/11.
hazy pale ochre color.
aroma of pear juice, yeast and spices.
the flavor is the same... lots of yeast, tartness on the finish and a spicy lingering aftertaste.
medium/full body has a bit of sludgey-ness to it. 6/4/6/3/13 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - MAY 1, 2011
Bottle:   Dirty caramel, really hazy, thin white head, sudsy, spotty lacing.   Darker than most.   Very bready and yeasty nose.   Smells more like an American made Tripel than a Blonde.   Yeah, and it sure tastes like it too.   Very yeasty on the tongue, pale breadiness.   Smidgen of floral like aspects.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Feels a little flat on the tongue.   Finish is a little dank.   Lingering yeasty/bready notes.   Had you said this was an American made Tripel, I would have believed it.   Thanks Bill for the bottle! dionysus (1486) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAR 20, 2011
Bottle pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma shows notes of banana, bubblegum, yeast, and spice. Flavor shows the same with additional notes of apple and light citrus. Savvy1982 (1706) - Lethbridge, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 9, 2011
Bottle. Pours murky gold/yellow, thick short-lived white head, poor retention. Nose is banana, spice, pineapple. Flavours of apples, yeast, winter fruits. Very estery yeast strain used here....
