500ml fliptop bottle: poured light yellow with a smallish white head. Moderate hop aroma, lightlyherbal. Flavor is mostly hop as well with a moderate amount of bitterness in the finish. (swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a moderate blonde foamy head. Grassy hop aroma with a tinge of malty sweetness in the background. Bitter flavour, light to medium body, crispy mouthfeel. Good balanced malty and grassy, slightly herbal hoppy taste; dry bitter and grassy hoppy finish. Typical Pilsener in the German style, quite tasty and refreshing. Dorqui (2258) - Brescia, ITALY - SEP 11, 2005
Draugth at twinning between Brescia/Darmstadt.
Creamy and brittle foam, discreet persistence. Opaque yellow color, shining and lively, medium fizz. Light grassy and malty scent. Fresh taste with a detached and decided bitter. Discreetly pungent and balanced. Alcoholic and mellow end. JCW (1278) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 8, 2003
Very light in color, I've never seen a beer like it, slightly hazy. Aroma of noble hops and a flavor to go with it. Somewhat grassy, and a little short on malt. Dry Finish. Decent Pilsner.
