nice gold colour but very weak head. Strong, floral, hoppy nose. Very, very sharp, dry and bitter at the start - there is hardly any malt sweetness mellowing this at all. It mellows a bit as it goes along, but remains a dry and hoppy experience with a palate-cleansing lingering finish. RichardGretton (4770) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - OCT 30, 2005
Bottle. Bronze beer with a light bubbly head. The aroma is very dry and slightly toffee, and the flavour is also deeply dry, slightly caramel with an added vinous quality. Overall a nice but slightly disappointing beer. Mungo (2470) - Southampton, Hampshire, ENGLAND - SEP 2, 2005
Bottle from Tesco. Good hoppy nose - grapefruit and pine. Spicy yeast. A splash of malt and moderate bitterness. Carbonation not overdone. harrisoni (18993) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - AUG 23, 2005

Bottled, acquired from Tesco. Golden ale with plenty of bold hops. Generous aroma with strong bitterness. More in the style of an American Pale Ale. Very nice.

Bottle from Tesco. Very short-lasting head and attractive golden colour. Pleasant sweet and sour taste and satisfactorily bitter. Not a bad beer. Sigmund (7759) - Tau, NORWAY - FEB 27, 2005
Cask conditioned at the Lambton Worm (JDW), Sunderland. Golden colour, no head, little lacing. Moderate citrussy aroma. Light bodied. Pineapple and grapefruit in the flavour. Quite nice, but unfortunately a bit too sweet to be a definite favourite of mine.
