(Bouteille provenant du Whole Foods Pasadena): Minéraux, force anisée, amandes et des traces de sucre blanc enveloppés dans une feuille de riz. L’anis est très dominant, soyez avertis. MicroGrog (367) - FT: Stale Polotmavý in Queens, New York, USA - SEP 29, 2013

Sampled at Astor Wines. Stemmy wine glass. Pretty Japanese women of proper childbearing age.
Thin, murky almond/coconut milk consistency. Short soda fizzle.
Scent of apples, bitter orange, licorice, clay.
White grapes, grapefruit. More tart then acidic. A bitterness, more fruity like tarragon then anise. Had sort of a stiff mimosa quality to it.
Short, popping carbonation. Starchy. Yeasty. Short alcohol.
Tall glasses of this in the morning seem quite appropriate.

Thanks to Kyotolefty! Pours a skim milk white. Aroma of unripe melon, sweet wild flowers, very herbal and floral. Almost a pine note in the flavor, some sweetness and again a sticky sweet floral flavor. Cool stuff! brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - JUL 27, 2012
Pours a hazy, milky white color with a small white head. Amazing fruitiness on the nose, a hint of anise, white wine, light alcohol, and a mild herbal quality. Quite sweet, with a bit of sugar. The flavor is lightly herbal, almost a bit of gin, alcohol, sugar, and anise. This one is a little bit boozy/hot. Not quite as fruity as the nose, but the flavor is still quite good. yespr (45447) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JUL 22, 2012
