Bottle at chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig ’11. It pours clear. The nose is sweet plum, nail varnish remover and floral. The taste is brioche, pineapple, plum, light saltiness, floral and some alcohol warmth. Crisp and clean. Very drinkable stuff. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - DEC 7, 2012
(Bottle) Pours a clear body with nice legs. Aroma of almond, marzipan, juniper berries, and rice. Flavor of almond, juniper, pineapple, ginger, and citrus. j12601 (10871) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - AUG 25, 2010
Bottle at the Grand Tasting during RBSG courtesy of KyotoLefty. Pours a water clear color. Sweet juicy fruit aromas, and isopropyl. Sweet and lightly boozy, slowly warms into a rather big booze note, but falls away quickly. Soft spice on the finish. Smooth in spite of the booze spikes. alexsdad06 (10262) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 6, 2012
Sampled at RBSG ’10 thanks to kyotolefty. Pours clear like water. Nose is sweet fruity, anise, florals with some alcohol. Flavors are same; sweet, fruity, anise and spikes of alcohol. This was much different than any other sake I had ever tried.

UPDATED: AUG 8, 2011 300 ml bottle. Aroma of melon, citrus, pineapple, spice and sawdust. Flavors of citrus and tropical fruits, rice. Quite sweet, with a full, soft mouth. Great stuff. jredmond (8201) - New York, New York, USA - JUL 27, 2014
Saki Flight sampled at Sakegura with Linh and Zahra. Clear body with light cloudy haze. Aroma is fresh fruit - peaches, strawberries and melon. Alcohol on the nose as well, but not as aggressive as some of the other sakes we tried along side this one. Flavors include rice wine, vanilla, wonderful combination of fruit and alcohol. This sake seemed to be a bit more delicate with the fruit character and alcohol playing together well. BMan1113VR (7931) - Los Angeles, California, USA - JUN 14, 2010
UPDATED: JAN 19, 2012 Sample from a 720ml bottle. Pours with a clear body with strong legs. Aroma is very nice. Quite sweet and fruity with peaches, strawberries, jasmine, ginger and orange blossoms. Taste is sweet, stone fruit, light ginger. Very low level of koji presences. Nice and thick body with absolutely no hint to the abv. Velvety mouthfeel. A pretty awesome Diaginjo. Have had several times since. Great, clean, complex and flavorful daiginjo. Well hidden alcohol and crisp. Delicious!
A Mes rate. At Chris O’s pre GBBF.thedm (6143) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - DEC 29, 2012
superb nose. Some booziness showing through but the fruity almost juniper character is lovely. Slightly floral in the mouth. Excellent fruity finish. Really tasty.
This bottled Sake from rbsg #49 poured a head of frothy fine to medium sized clear colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a and a oily lacing. The aroma was polished rice and mild vinous. . The strong flavor contained notes of polished rice rice vinous and alcohol. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.
